Do you have access for disabled guests within the Hospitality Facilities?
Yes, most of our facilities have disabled access, please make our Sales Team aware at the time of booking so we can discuss how we can accommodate your needs.
What are my payment options?
Full payment must be made at the time of booking for Match by Match hospitality packages. Finance options are available for seasonal hospitality bookings only (Ricoh Diamond Suite or Juno Moneta Lounge Memberships and Seasonal Executive Box Holders).
What happens if there is a fixture schedule change?
Occasionally due to circumstances beyond our control, fixtures are subject to date and/or time changes. In this event, we’ll notify you of the change and automatically transfer your booking to the revised fixture. If you are unable to attend the revised fixture, you can transfer your booking to another fixture of equal or less value. Alternatively, we can cancel your booking, and refund all or part of the booking fee at our discretion.
When will I receive my Itinerary and Match Tickets?
Your event information including your Match Tickets will be dispatched approximately 7-10 days in advance of the match. If you’ve made your booking less than 3 days prior to match, your Match Tickets will need to be collected on Matchday from the designated collection point detailed within your Itinerary.
What are the timings for my Matchday Hospitality?
The hospitality lounges are open 2 ½ hours prior to kick off and approximately 1 ½ hours after the final whistle, however, please check your itinerary as timings are subject to change. We recommend you arrive on time to enjoy your full Matchday experience.
What is the dress code?
The dress code is smart casual and smart shoes must be worn. Football shirts, sportswear, trainers and ripped jeans are not permitted and anyone not complying with the dress code will be refused entry. Children under 12 are exempt from the dress code.
Who shall I contact about my dietary requirements?
Please advise us of any dietary requirements or allergies, at the time of booking or email firstname.lastname@example.org at least 48 hours in advance of the fixture and we will endeavour to provide alternative options.
Can I smoke inside the stadium?
Cardiff City Football Club operates a no-smoking policy, this also includes electronic cigarettes.
Where can I collect my Matchday Programme?
Matchday Programmes are included within your hospitality package and will be available upon your arrival into the lounge.
Is Matchday parking included?
Parking permits are only included within our Match Sponsorship, Ricoh Diamond Suite and Juno Moneta Lounge Memberships or Captain’s Lounge packages, and permits (if applicable) will be sent out with your event information. Limited parking is available to purchase on Matchday (subject to availability).
Can I store my luggage at the stadium?
Due to security reasons, luggage storage is not available at the stadium, and rucksacks and suitcases are prohibited. Small bags are permitted, and will be subject to a quick search upon arrival.
Where can I buy Merchandise?
Cardiff City Superstore will be open on Matchdays from 1000hrs to Kick Off, and then for 30 minutes after the final whistle. Please check www.cardiffcityfcstore.com/page/openinghours for further details.
Where is the nearest cash machine?
The nearest cash machines are located by Asda and Lidl within Capital Retail Park, just a short walk from Cardiff City Stadium.
Can you help with booking Accommodation?
We have preferential rates with 4* star hotels in Cardiff City Centre, please just ask for further details at the time of booking.
